Laurence Pike Originally from the North West of England, Laurence spent most of his working life in the Jewellery trade, working within the family retail business and establishing his own retail outlets as well. During his last twelve years in the UK he became a self trained working jeweller and established a very well respected workshop creating some very original pieces of jewellery. A move to Spain in 2006 and the purchase of a bar gave him the opportunity to apply his own brand of customer service in a new country, and in a very short time, the bar became a very popular and successful business. The imminent arrival of a new baby meant the bar had to be sold in early 2010 and the unsatisfactory service given by the agents selling the bar prompted the formation of COSTABUSINESSES with Wolfgang Brand. Laurence wants to apply his focus towards customer service and help people to buy the right bar, guide them through the set-up and formative times in a way which has not been seen before. For those selling bars, he wants them to feel involved with the sale and to help make that sale a quick and efficient one. Nothing is more important to him than a happy customer!
